My name is Sony Roy, a Former United States Supreme Court docketed Petitioner Docket #12-8623, the former CEO of Accutech Industries specializng in accurate and precision Machined Parts for the Aerospace, the Aicraft and the Submarine Industries. I will be addressing the issue of the 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF CONGRESS as it is never heard before in 2013 as the first African American who lost more than $15MM of appraised properties on the gulf of Mexico in the State of Florida due to the CRAK IN THE BULLET PROOF VEST OF THE 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. I am the First African American Castle Designer in America who migrated from the poorest island of Haiti with a dreamn to one day build a WORLD CLASS CASTLE CITY in America before the world. I understand, what I have in mind to say in this segment "Our Country will once more rise to request the undeniable equality our inalienable civil rights." The Walton County in Northern Florida has been found racially segregated due to a racially Offensive Email belonging to the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners Scot Brannon as the news stated. His email contained the racial slur "HELP A NIGGA OUT" from the legendary Tupac Shakur a black man addressing the needs of his community. a white Commissioner has no business having such Racially Offensive Slur in his e-mail especially after being warned by a judge and several investigators to my understanding. We hold this truth dear to our hearts that all men are created equal and there is no place for blacks or whites or yellow or red as the Walton County portrayed, Regardless of the action taken, the act is already committed and the County in Florida is segregated as stated in defiance to the United States Constitution the U.S. Congress and the United Nations' resolutions. Florida is federally funded and should never violated TITLE SIX of the 1864 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. This is the United States of America not a nation of blue stripes, red stripes or white stripes, it is time now to let down our guards and reclaim our honor around the globe. I am not speaking of a racial slur someone called me, I am referring to my "CIVIL RIGHTS DEPRIVED in AMERICA, with impunity and unjustly without a jury trial at all. From this point forward, I embark upon the JOURNEY TO JUSTICE as the world expects and using legal instruments as I have done for the past eight years, I will continue till justice is found and as the late Patrick Henry stated so eloquently in 1775, "GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH." The Walton County is LIABLE for all that happened to me and as an agent of Florida the State is liable for its actions also because:
a) The Commissioner in question in Walton County in Florida was appointed the responsibility to oversee my property and he is fully aware that the Property belonged to a black man. Therefore he was in a position to help "A NIGGA OUT" as his e=mail stated but, he did not. In conclusion, that was a racial slur. His debt is toward me whom he wronged by his negligence in a HISTORCALLY RACIALLY SEGREGATED AREA, not anybody else not affected by his actions. I had Constitutional Standing to appear in Court and I lost tangible property as a result.
b) That Commissioner, Mr. Scott Brannon, a republican who must take his responsibility to heart, and be courageous, in 2005, talked to my retained attorney then and stated that he drove his car closed to my property and found nothing wrong at all with my front wall and development and yet, he failed to report the fact and order the county to cause my detriment and demise. In Conclusion here again, the Commissioner in Walton County caused my demise as he knew full well that he was to inform and alert the County of such racial hostility with all those involved in this conspiracy in my view.
c) in 2007 and 2009 Two Federal judges found on three different orders and one of them final, stated that the Walton County area where my property was, HISTORICALLY has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED. Sufficient proof of RACIAL SEGREGATION.
d) in 2003 a resident of South Walton stated that the area was racially segregated as her black
gardener came to work for her one year prior and the neighbors called the police on him. Which also happened to me when at a variance Hearing, the Walton County attorney called the cops on me for no reason while I and my brother were the only blacks in the room. To me, the County thought to intimidate me after I presented glossy folders to the panel and I was simply begging for my property rights when two armed police officers arrived on the scene and one of them after staying for nearly 30 minutes sitting behind my brother tapped him on his shoulder while leaving to tell him, "You're alright." We were outnumbered 2/20 or more and I was sharply dressed in 2005. That was clear intimidation to me.
e) On or about May 25 2005, one of my attorneys, Mr. Bruce Bowman, stated that I was an African American in a letter addressed to Pat Blackshear, an employee of the county and yet, she stated in 2008 that when she took her actions against me she did not know my race or nationality. Another salient proof that the County was in Gross violation.
f) The Fact that a Judge in Florida and other investigators cautioned the Commissioners in Walton County about racial segregation is proof enough that something someone saw something was into making or the judge knew something.
g) Last and not the least, the U.S. Census Bureau of 2000 stated clearly that there was less than 1% blacks living in that vicinity. Just another salient racial confirmation.

I wish to invite the WALTON COUNTY as the Federal Judges in their right mind, stated three times that "I own property in an area that HISTORICALLY has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED." I wish to invite all the parties affected as I called them all, including the Governor of the State of Florida and respectfully request that they grill me with all questions before the nations and I will be prepared to answer all of them pertaining to what has happened to me on American Soil at the hands of the WALTON COUNTY in Florida. If possible, I wish to invite the entire audience of this news telecast radio broadcast or the newscast for newspapers, to hear first hand, not the embarassment of our authorities, but how they embraced the truth and their candidness about righteousness which exalts a nation. This will not be about bashing authorities but educating the nation about their CIVIL RIGHTS AND CIVIL LIBERTIES. It will not be a senseless debate. Indeed, there is nothing to debate at all for none can debate the great Constitution of the United States and the U.N. resolutions that we have signed and agreed to. But, for the first Time In history a black man is peacefully and adroitly challenging the system and requesting that the system delivers all the promises to all men and specially to African Americans. Let us hear the full truth about CIVIL RIGHTS UNADULTERATED.
When I made this video, the unemployment was at about 8.5% since then it went to double digit and Our President and his staff are working untiringy to bring it down now and turn things around.
